By submitting your application to Golden Clapper Awards, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Submission Eligibility
Golden Clapper Awards is open to students, aspiring talent, emerging artists, and working professionals across eligible film and performance categories.
Applicants must submit original work or work for which they hold the necessary rights, permissions, or creative involvement.
2. Submission Guidelines
Applicants may submit released or unreleased work related to their respective craft or category.
Accepted submissions may include:
Short Films
Feature Films
Documentaries
Music Videos
Advertisements
Independent Projects
Solo Singing Performances
Solo Dance Performances
Group dance and group singing performances are not accepted under solo performance categories.
Self-recorded acting auditions, monologues, or unofficial home performance clips are not accepted for acting categories.
3. Ownership & Rights
Applicants retain ownership of their submitted work.
By submitting entries, applicants grant Golden Clapper Awards permission to review, evaluate, and use limited excerpts, names, photographs, titles, or promotional material for promotional, marketing, social media, event, website, and publicity purposes related to Golden Clapper Awards.
Golden Clapper Awards does not claim ownership of submitted content.
4. Submission Responsibility
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that:
All submitted information is accurate
Submitted links are active and accessible
Submitted work does not violate copyright, trademark, or third-party rights
Incomplete, misleading, inaccessible, or incorrect submissions may be rejected or disqualified.
5. Selection & Review Process
All submissions will undergo an internal review and evaluation process by the Golden Clapper Awards team and/or associated industry professionals.
Submission of an application does not guarantee nomination, selection, award recognition, mentorship, project participation, or feature film opportunities.
All decisions made by the review panel and management remain final.
6. Founding Member Access
Founding Member access is limited and subject to availability.
The Founding Member fee is non-refundable once payment has been completed.
Golden Clapper Awards reserves the right to modify, pause, postpone, or discontinue any program, activity, session, or event if required due to operational, legal, technical, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Mentorship & Opportunities
Mentorship sessions, industry interactions, visibility opportunities, and feature film considerations are subject to internal evaluation, availability, scheduling, and selection requirements.
Participation in Golden Clapper Awards does not guarantee employment, casting, commercial projects, or financial compensation unless officially communicated in writing.
8. Code of Conduct
Applicants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct during all interactions, events, online sessions, and communications associated with Golden Clapper Awards.
Any abusive, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the platform.
9. Changes & Updates
Golden Clapper Awards reserves the right to update, modify, or revise submission guidelines, categories, schedules, fees, eligibility criteria, or policies at any time without prior notice.
Applicants are encouraged to regularly review official updates published through official Golden Clapper Awards platforms.
